Does alcohol makes your period come late?

I have a regular period, every 20 days. I'm a virgin by the way, so no pregnancy obviously. I had the normal cramps yesterday and was supposed to get my period today but didn't get it, I drank two beers yesterday. Is alcohol this bad? I'm scared, I'm very healthy and this never happens

I thought people used birth control to get regular periods, it made you irregular?
