I mostly just lay on my bed and think about things a lot.
Then I try to sleep 😴💤 so I won't feel my sadness for a while.

I distract myself. Sleeping doesn't come easy to me so I either mindlessly scroll, practice, read, play video games or watch a movie/series.
Distraction, running, archery, hang with friends, family, cuddle up with cats, gaming
get utterly hammered on gin, rum, whisky, etc.
Fix what makes me sad or accept reality for what it is and move on.

By doing something I had been dreading to do precisely because of depression, forcing myself to workout.
I just do what I can to distract myself. I find it even harder to sleep if in really down.
I just take it... and keep going
