i noticed the side of my head slightly behind my temple twitches and pulses not constantly but sometimes i can feel it twitch more noticeable when wearing a headset like while listening to music but i am curious is this normal or not and what could cause these symptoms i am also a bit of a hypochondriac so i am worried it could be something more serious cause i have been having brain fog more often as well

It's probably nothing man, but twitching and weird sensations in your head can be kinda unnerving. A few things it could be:
- Dehydration/lack of magnesium or B12 - make sure you're drinking enough water and eating foods with those vitamins daily. Sometimes minor deficiencies can cause weird twitches.
- Stress/lack of sleep - we all know how those things can mess with your head sometimes literally and figuratively. Try relaxing more, getting more Z's.
- Maybe a mild tension headache - I always get those little head twitches sometimes when I'm hunched over too long on my phone or gaming too much. Stretching helps.
- Could also just be like an eye strain/muscle thing from wearing your headset a lot. Take breaks every 30 mins or so of use.
I'd give it another week or two and see if it goes away on its own once you take care of yourself better. But if it gets worse or is painful/constant, maybe tell your parents you wanna get it checked just to be safe. Better safe than sorry with head stuff. Let me know what happens!
It’s headaches you can get it checked out though
