I keep checking things like at work when I in/out on biometric scanner I check it 5 times to see if I got in or out on the biometric. And then I always ask the same question to my coworkers my coworkers think Im annoying. At home I keep checking my things thinking maybe it might be lost or someone might touch them or just changed their position I check if its still there or in order like I left them. My things should be in line. If I brush my hair I would count 1-10 if I messed up counting 1- 10 I would repeat it brushing again counting1-10 again. The spoons should be in proper order like I count it to see if it still there we have 6 teaspoons and I always check if its still 6. My towel when I put them should be in proper line folded on hanger same length of its end on the other. Im just angry cuz I think I have undiagnosed OCD and my coworkers are annoyed I keep asking the same question. Whats wrong with me? How to fix it? If I tell my coworkers I might have OCD do you think they would judge me? Im so embarassed and can't even tell them my illness because I work at hospital and Im worried they might judge me of being stupid for asking same question

I can understand why this is causing you distress and embarrassment. The behaviors you described, like repetitive checking and counting, definitely sound consistent with OCD. The good news is that OCD is very treatable.
The first step is making an appointment with your doctor or a mental health professional to get a proper diagnosis. They can rule out any other potential issues and connect you with the right treatment. Don't feel ashamed about seeking help - your health should always come first.
As for your coworkers, it may help to have an honest conversation with one or two you trust the most. Simply explain that you suspect you have OCD and it's causing some of the repetitive checking and questions. Most people aren't very familiar with OCD and won't judge once they understand it's beyond your control. Ask if they can be patient and redirect you lovingly when needed.
Treatment like cognitive behavioral therapy and medication can help manage your symptoms. Stay hopeful - plenty of people find effective ways to cope with OCD. Focus on your own self-care right now. You've got this!
Sounds like it. I used to have OCD symptoms when I was younger. It felt like I HAD to make things equal, well-balanced, similar enough, or perfectly until I could move on to another task. It would be random little things like breathing out twice with the same intensity or taping my hand in the exact same spot twice in a row.
What did you treat your OCD? Also did Doctor diagnose you?
Your co-workers already know and so do you.
Lol they dont know. I even heard them talking behind me saying like why can't I can't absorb information quickly like why can't I even heard it the first time why ask same question? We work at office and I observed them some of them dont even know some mental illness like split personality.
