I find when I have mild health issues, the high end teas make me recover immediately and the cheap teas make me feel a lot worse.
I can’t read complex Chinese words like the names of different green teas.
Any Amazon suggestions for me?

Lipton Green Tea (my grandmother drinks this one)…I advise getting the 100% Natural one.
TIAN HU SHAN Premium Green Tea ( 天湖山特级绿) (This one is from China, and is 100% non-gmo and ALL natural. It also comes in a traditional tea tin. ^-^)
TAZO Regenerative Organic Zen Green Tea (This has some organic lemongrass in it and organic spearmint.) (It is a popular brand and affordable.)
Rishi Tea Jasmine Green Tea (This one is organic and non-gmo, so it is the real stuff.)
YAMASAN Green Tea leaves Sencha (This is very organic and comes from Japan.)
Now, I am craving green tea with tapioca. Time to go make some in the kitchen.
Good luck on your tea endeavours! 🍃💜🧚🏾♀️🫧
Teapigs are a good brand of teabag with a price tag too match. But if you want to buy loose green tea I'd go for gyokuro tea
