Every single thing in your poll sounds horrible to me other than the jacuzzi, but ill swap the wine with a nice non-alcoholic drink. Once accidentally ended up in a spa like thing, was in iceland and my parents said we were going to a swimming pool. It was the blue lagoon, which really just was a spa with an insanely hot pool. Was absolutely no fun, the water was so warm you turned into a zombie when entering it because your body just got insanely warm. Swimming was basically impossible. None of the other spa facilities I cared for.

I'm a recovering tanning addict, so, oh man, seeing that tanning bed has me jonesin' bad.

As a guy, except for my bald head not needing anything except maybe a good buffing, I'd be up for all the above, except I'd have whiskey instead of wine in the Jacuzzi.

I've never had a mani or pedi, or face and skin treatment.

I'd love to see what nail color someone might recommend for me.

Getting a full body massage for the first time, it was definitely needed and seem to relax my tense body from the long week. Now I wanna go to more lol. Next time I wanna try it with a guy to see what’s the difference than a lady who gave me a massage.

Hands down the massage! I love getting all of the above done, but the massage is my favorite. Hair and mani-pedi are a close second. Spa I go to had wine for when you're getting the mani-pedi and it's glorious!

I've never been to one. I wouldn't be able to relax. My way of relaxing is focusing on building something or riding canyons. Where you have absolute focus, but active, no room for your current concerns of life. Just sitting around would bring me tension from thinking too much.

Never been to a spa nor do I care to go to them. My opinion of girls that go to spas REGULARLY is that they're GENERALLY higher maintenance. I don't judge girls that go to the spa once in a while. Every girl deserves to relax and be treated like a cat once in a while.

But I can think of a million different things I'd rather do than go to a spa.

I went once as part of a retreat. It was actually REALLY nice. I’d never had anything like it before. You should try if you have an opportunity. Very relaxing and a nice change from the busy everyday. (BUT make sure it’s a nice clean place.)

Being with friends and chatting, it’s a really relaxed atmosphere, we go as a group now n then. The girls tend to go for the pampering, we have sauna, massage, ice plunge pool, then back in sauna as a group. Followed by drinks n an afternoon tea, all sitting in dressing gowns lol.

For me, the best thing about going to a spa is the feeling of total disconnection. From the moment you walk in, everything is designed for you to relax: the music, the aromas, the lighting... It's a total escape from daily stress.
