How to stop my chest/heart pain, it is so bad?

I have had pain in my heart for 5 years, radiating strongly to my left chest and back. However, I have seen 8 cardiologists, and they say there is no issue. Which other department should I visit? Especially after two doses of the COVID BioNTech vaccine, the pain has increased and has not subsided.

What other medical issues do you have? Any substance abuse or medication usage? Have you had your electrolyte levels checked? Vitamin and mineral levels? Do you get palpitations? Have you tried potassium, like drinking coconut water? How heavy are you? Nicotine usage?

If thats really your heart, you would be dead by now.
I wouldn't seek medical advice from an online forum. Can only recommend you see a regular doctor and have it maybe looked at trough x-ray.

8 cardiologists and nothing? wow. Maybe it is a Gastro issue? Perhaps if its not too expensive, you can get an MRI scan done? 5 years is a really long time to be suffering and no clear idea as to why.

Do you think this is a cardiovascular thing or a muscular, thing? For all we know it could be a bone thing.

Heart pain comes on very fast, it wouldn't be there for 5 years. Have them check for GI issues or anxiety (which 8 cardiologists should have already recommended).
