Is losing 2-3 kilos (5 Ibs) in 2 weeks a good pace or is it slow?

I've started my dietary regimen ever since gaining some weight and having a slightly elevated 228 total cholesterol for the first time in my life. I was always way under 200.

I know the reasons and it's fixable because it's not caused by genetics. I made a mess by consuming breads at night, having large plate servings and drinking more from Jan-April (party events) at least 3-4 times a month.

At 5'7, I was at 70 kilos (154 Ibs) and my mission right now is to get back to my former self at 58-60 kilos (127-132 Ibs), which was my frame until early 2022.

Right now I'm at 67.65 kilos (149 Ibs). So I've lost between 2-3 kilos (5 Ibs) at this moment, within 2 weeks. Is this a normal pace or slower? I wish there was a faster way, so that way I can afford enjoying a great meal and/or a couple drinks for one day at least.

Ironically my blood sugar is at 87 (I never had high blood sugar) so I guess lowering down the fat is easier.

I don't mind getting told I need to lose weight, esp if it's true. I made a mess out of my frame.
