To me, if you break a sweat walking to the end of your driveway, it's too freakin' hot! But that also includes humidity.
I'd say if heat index is over 90, it's hot.

I live in San Diego, so it is rare when it gets too hot, however, we do get days near 100, that can be hot but it's a dry heat most of the time. I have a friend that used to live in Florida, now she lives in WI, she said it gets horrible at times up there, with the heat and humidity! I would have never thought that. Then she has to deal with the cold? lol She said they do have really beautiful days though, especially during spring.

Above 40 Celsius. Yet I don't mind the hot weather that much. Most issues I have are when the weather is cold like my joints and bones hurt or my back hurts. I don't have health related issues when the weather is hot, therefore I don't mind hot weather regardless if I claim that it might be hot outside.

I live in the Midwest so the humidity is a factor. If the humidity is high enough it can feel too hot in the 80's but generally if the humidity is low I'd say about mid 90's is when it gets too hot.

I don't know farenheit, and too lazy to convert it, but 30 degrees celcius is pretty damn hot outside. I think ideal for me is about 25 degrees on a sunny day with a gentle breeze.

For me it is more about the humidity level. 100F with low humidity is fine. 70F with 95% humidity is awful.

92-93 F (33.3-33.9 C) is hot in my area, as the humidity in the summer is usually 80% or higher.

It's always hot outside so for me "it's hot outside doesn't exist" just "damn it's hotter outside" and I don't know the answer to that, I just know it when I feel it 😂
