Girls, I need advice?

So I’m a teen and for a couple years (ever since puberty) I’ve had this discoloured spot underneath my breast

it kinda hurts when it’s touched and I never thought anything about it until now. it’s not a pimple or anything like that, it kinda looks like a birthmark but it’s not. Someone please give me your thoughts and opinions it would really help

You must visit a dermatologist who specializes in things like what you describe.
Too many times if you just have your primary physician look at it, they don't know what it is and some will say "Let's just keep an eye on it for a while and see what happens". WRONG ADVICE!

That's why they call it practice.
Because they don't know everything and you need a specialist to get an accurate diagnosis.
Please, have your doctor give you a referral to a dermatologist.

It might be a mole or something. That is really something to have your primary care physician take a look at it if it painful to the touch. It might be something that can be removed. No matter what, you are going to want a doctor to check it to make sure it is not something of concern. I doubt it is but best be safe about it. If it is a mole or something like that and it is cause pain from touch or wearing a bra for example the doctor may send you to a dermatologist and they might suggest removing it. Those types of procedures are usually very quick and an outpatient type thing where you are in and out and then back home the same day. Just please get it checked.
