I have no idea how to schedule a doctors appointment or how much it costs. I tried PlushCare online but it said even with insurance it will cost me $120 and some change for the online visit. I can't affors that. Thats more than a days worth of work. Im trying to get help for my anxiety and ADHD but just thinking about all this really really stresses me out. I dont know what to do.

I can't help you; but I really feel for you all in the US.
Not that things are going well for our healthcare system... it's crumbling due to decades of chronic underfunding... but we still receive healthcare free at the point of delivery; and it's available to everyone.
It's increasingly becoming more difficult to get something done, but it is still free.
i get my prescriptions and psych visits (online) free through these people. if you have an income then they have a sliding scale. hope this helps

Go to the website for your insurance. Find a psychiatrist that we see you. Ask for a sliding scale based on your income. If you have a university locally, go to their psych department and ask in they have any help for you with PhD students. Search DBSA or NAMI.
