What doctor would I need to see to have my spine examined?

I’ve never had a straight back I’ve always had an inward curve in my lower back, which has caused my back to lock up from time to time ever since I was in middle school. I grew up in a poor town like poorest for my state I’d seen doctors a few times but they always say “well it’s not scoliosis, you should be okay.” Im fully aware that I was given shit care back then, my husband and I have worked hard to build a life we are not living in poverty we were able to buy a house and give our kids everything I didn’t have. I’ve had had issues as an adult but not as much as when I was still growing. Today I was fixing the landscaping and sat down my back started hurting so I laid on the floor horrible idea it locked up like it used to I was able to stand but the pain was horrible I was walking almost like a geriatric person does small steps almost shuffling because I was both in pain and afraid it would get to the point I couldn’t walk. one of my girlfriends mentioned lumbar lordosis and said she’d bet money on it. I don’t know what it is but now that I’m having real issues and can afford a Doctor I need guidance as to which one to go to?

How severe is the inward curve? I used to have all kinds of back issues but fixed all of them through strength training and nutrition. Doctors told me I would never do any weight baring exercise again... but if I'd listened to them I would be worse. by building up the muscles on either side of the spine, stimulating collagen production through nutrition, reducing inflammation through nutrition, and becoming stronger you can probably eliminate a lot of your problems. Nature has many natural pain relievers too, but some require a lot of understanding to use safely, for example DMSO. Organic sulfur (MSM) is also powerful and easier to use. Most Doctors will not help you... their business is in poor health and weakness, but we've been taught they are our saviors. They aren't all bad if you can find a good one.

Note that I do not life weights, and do not recommend anyone do so. I only do isometrics or friction based routines. In fact, I now have zero back ache, while others with normal backs have more. But it will depend on how sever the curve you have.
