I workout every day except for one every week for like, 2 hours. Sometimes I only do 1 hour depending on if I'm not very motivated or if there's something stopping me from doing the 2 hours. I also don't like taking break days if I haven't worked out for at least 5 or 6 days, unless it's because I'm having bad cramps or something like that. Today, I started having small back pain, not cramps, but it just came out of nowhere. My sister wouldn't leave me alone until I let her crack my back bc she wanted to help but she just made it worse when I let her do it lol and now my back hurts when I bend over, it hurts when i turn my upper body, when I stretch in like the way that you arch your back or something like that, or pretty much when I do anything. Whenever I don't workout, I just do stretches, like yoga, for at least 20 minutes, but right now I don't want to just do that if I'm actually able to do something else that replaces working out. Obviously if there's nothing I can do that's similar to working out, I'll just stretch and go on with my day, but I just wanted to know if there is something similar that I can do.
