Is this a good workout plan?

I've been working out for a few months, but I've been very inconsistent with the exercises and reps. I'm trying to make it as simple as I can, but effective. I recently read an article promoting lighter weights and higher reps; the goal is to do a weight in which I can perform between 10 and 15 reps. I'm trying to follow this every other day.

Pull-Up: 3x10

Bench Press: 3x15

Bulgarian Squat: 3x10 (each leg)

Bicep Curl: 3x15

Lateral Raises: 3x15

Plank 3x1-min.

Stretch: 20-min.

I do this routine in cycles, so I do one set of pull-ups, one set of bench presses, etc. Is that the best way to accomplish results, or should I finish all three sets of an exercise before moving on to the next? Also, if you have any recommendations, or other useful knowledge about physical training, I'm all ears. However, aside from the bench press and pull-up bar, all I have are dumbbells. Thanks to anyone who answers.
