Its just as much eating, as working out. Watch what you eat, keep a 50/50 cooked foods (nothing greasy) and fruits and vegetables. Eat 5 small meals a day, spread out between breakfast and dinner (helps maintain a steady metebolism) Drink nothing but WATER. no sodas, no sportsdrinks (there really not that good) nothing, only water. Run Everyday for at least 30 minutes, or walk for 45min to an hour if you can't run. Lift weights, you won't bulk no worries, weight training can burn A LOT of fat. But make sure you do plenty of ab routines, because though you will lose weight, the inches won't go away so much, you need to fill in the gap and tone the muscle to make the inches go away faster. So to sum it all up, no fatty, high sodium, greasy foods, lots of fruits and veggies, run EVERY day for at least 30-45min. And if you can lift weights (light weight/more reps) doesn't have to be anything heavy just work up a good sweat. Nothing to drink except for water, cranberry juice, apple juice etc are OK, just no sport's drinks or redbull and stuff. And MOST importantly, you will NOT see any real results in the first few weeks, that's when people give up cause they think its not doing anything, so jsut stick with it. After a month-2 months, you will be able to see a difference, on your body, and on the scale. Stay strong, keep a good attitude, and work hard :)

you should look up M-100s workout and also the 4 minute cardio workout. I do those when I can and they are super hard cardio workouts but I feel great after them. yesterday I tried doing one right after the other and I got a headache and felt really dizzy so start off slow and be careful.

Some bodyweight exercises like:
Squats
Lunges
Calf Raises
Dips (one a table maybe)
And some form of cardio like walking/jogging/jump rope
Try to get at least 20 reps on each and rest for like 60 seconds in between sets.
That's a good start. But the biggest thing is your diet. That's what will decide whether you lose weight or not.INSANITY , ahaha . Good Luck :]
