Absolutely. I rarely eat fast food anymore, which is not a bad thing. But I also rarely buy and cook more expensive foods, which is not a good thing. I've had to be much more conscientious and frugal in with buying habits, which sucks.

No but inflammation definitely has. I've found that my acne & other issues is more related to my gut health & the glycemic index/load of what I eat. Fixed those two & I see my skin & other health markers going up.
Oh & I've temporarily abandoned many omega 6 fatty acids since they seem to be the worst causal factor for my acne. So I've stopped buying peanut butter. I instead eat other types of fats. Especially ones higher in mono-unsaturated, poly-unsaturated, omega 3 & especially saturated since I've been eating in a deficit & need my test levels to be as high as possible.
I have sufficient disposable income that I have not been forced to change my eating habits.
If they vote for Harris, they will be bringing misery upon themselves.
