I could not figure out why my tomato yogurt made me so hungry and then I discovered a medium tomato is only 22 calories. I was using smaller tomatoes which might have been 18 calories. I usually use a higher calorie fruit with yogurt and that is a lot better at getting rid of hunger between meals. Sometimes my yogurt keeps me so full I have to skip dinner.

Yeah. When I first got my scale back in march of this year, I was weighing my eggs & logging the exact weight of them not realizing that they were older eggs so they had less water in them. I went back & changed it all in cronometer, ran the calculations again & luckily the miscalculation was very miniscule.
I try to aim for as little error as possible when I'm logging my food since the labels can be off by 20% & other factors could interfere with absorption like improper chewing, saliva production, organ function, cortisol, increased fiber intake, etc.
