Trending & News Unfortunately fat is not gain nor is it selectively lost by the body. All fat is lipoprotein in the blood deposited into fat tissue and removed and converted into lipoprotein when the body needs to tap the energy reserves. In both cases it goes into the blood. Your leg muscles do not take fat from the legs they get the lipoprotiens from the same blood your neck muscles do. So when you gain weight it goes everywhere and when you lose weight it comes off everything at the same rate.
I didn't select either because it's really up to the body to choose where we lose fat. It can even vary for the same person. They could be the same weight but at different times, take measurements and find that they're storing fat on different places of their bodies than they were.
The best way to lose both arm fat & leg fat is to simply go into a caloric deficit. I guarantee that both will be lost by a small percentage in a week if the caloric deficit is done right.
