Should doctors encourage patients to use Ozempic as a weight loss drug or is this a terrible idea?

There has been a lot of controversy surrounding diabetic medications like Ozempic that are found to encourage weight loss in patients, even those that do not have Diabetes which they are and were originally prescribed to help patients manage. Is this a bad idea. Should the FDA step in and ban this particular drug for those that do not have Diabetes?
