Just yesterday I saw the title of a video of how dangerous Ozempic is.
Why do they always tell us this AFTER we've taken the drug? What good are clinical trials. Maybe the patient population are the people they are using to do the clinical trials with and not doing real clinical trials first.
I've never tried to gain or lose weight.
But it's never a good idea to be too heavy, because it puts stress on all your joints.
I do have some bathroom scales that I regularly use, to watch closely that I'm not putting on weight.
Sometimes if I've not been out cycling for a while, I do put some weight on, though looking at me it doesn't show.
But as soon as I'm cycling again I go back to my normal weight.
Nope. When I wanted to drop weight I just cut my calories to 1800 per day and exercised 6 days a week. That leads to about 60 LB per year of weight loss and there is no real change in daily life.
Nah. I think that supplements and drinks for weight loss are very risky. A healthy diet and regular exercise are enough to lose weight.
