Do you shower in the morning or in the evening?

Just took a shower and thought of this question. I do it in the evenings because it feel nice to sleep clean and taking a hot shower before bed helps me sleep. How about y'all? 😊

Before I retired, I showered morning and evening.
In the morning, I showered to wake my ass up to go to work, and then in the evening to sleep as best as I possibly could.

These days, I shower when I feel the need, and if I have the strength to do so.
That's not as often as I'd like.
It's hell getting old.

I shower in the morning after my early morning run, then I will shower in the evening. If I do gym, 5 a side or some other sports during the day, I will also shower after them. If I am working in garden or other odd jobs, then I shower after them. This means I could and have had 3-4 showers in a day.

It depends on what I have going on the next day. If I have to be presentable I will shower in the morning because my hair is easier to manage. If not then I shower in the evening because there’s something about feeling clean before bed that makes me sleep better.

I take bath in the morning mostly because I have to go to work afterwards. It feels nice and fresh. In summer I take bath twice.

When I was working in the construction field I used to take shower/bath twice. In the morning and one in the evening because lots of dust in that area.
