My beauty therapist has forgotten about my appointment twice should I get someone else?

It wasn’t forgotten… it’s says lot more of priorities. It’s best for you to change your therapist since he/she didn’t respect your time.

This hasn’t happened twice now the first time I actually asked to change the appointment and I get a lousy text late at night saying she is away camping so if I didn’t phone I would of turned up to the appointment and she wouldn’t of been there without any notice it’s so bad

I made the appointment a month ago as I go monthly and she even gave me appointment card with time and date. I turned up today and her other colleagues say she hasn’t arrived yet so I waited for 15mins and left

The first time I was trying to get a hold of her to change my Friday appointment that was booked a month in advance and she said she was off camping so it was a good thing I actually phoned because I would of turned up and she wouldn’t of been there as she didn’t notify me at all. But yeah not professional at all if she doesn’t let her customers to know or keep track of bookings
