I use bar soap that I get from Trader Joe's. It has bits of ground lavender in it that serve to exfoliate.
I use an exfoliating towel thing made of thin, kind of rough material. It's long, so I can scrub my back, kinda like buffing shoes with a cloth back and forth. I can ball it up to wash other parts of my body.
I use my hand to clean delicate areas.

I bought that extending tube handle sprayer to just spray everywhere. No sponge.

A bar of soap usually Dial or Irish Spring and I use shampoo. I use Herbal Essences shampoo. I like the Rose Hips flavored stuff.
