From what I see:
Seems like you're consuming around 600cals so I hope that's not your total for an entire day because that would be bad.
Fats need to be higher. Ideally try to stay above 50g of fats per day. Avoid transfat at all cost, keep limiting saturated fat to under 5-6% of total calories, limit omega 6 (especially from questionable sources) to under 15g per day, aim for mainly increasing omega 3's & mono-unsaturated fats.
For carbs, simply keep the carbs around your bodyweight give or take 50g's. Give if you need more energy & take if you don't.
Fiber needs to be higher. Ideally aim for above 20g's per day.
Sugar can always be cut with no downside. But staying under 25grams is recommended per day. Especially if someone isn't consuming enough fiber.
For protein, aim for around.5g to 1g per lb of your bodyweight per day. Getting over 100g's has been shown to help everyone who consumes it.
The ratio is fine for a female. This isn't enough calories for a day though. I hope this is just one meal you're posting.
If you're trying to get muscular, drop a little of the carbs and replace them with protein. 20/40/40. Just know that most people don't find muscular women attractive, so it would have to be for personal reasons that you'd do it, and not for aesthetic ones.
