What’s the best pet insurance that’s affordable?

One of my newly adopted two kitties is very weak today wasn’t as active today I don't know I’m very worried and I wanna get pet insurance and take them to the vet when I first brought them in one of the kittens eye was halfway shutting but open when they wanted to open it very watery and sneezing and the other one was fine and now he has it too does anyone know what that is please help and I wanna get the best affordable pet insurance I’d really appreciate any advice at all

the eye infections are completely "normal" in kittens and it can happen a couple of times during the first two months... also normal for all of them to get it too, so make sure to be very gentle about it, and clean them up slowly as you would do with a baby that has a stuffed nose

this, since... it does affect their nose, which is basically clogged... also affects their appetite because it is very important for kittens and cats to smell and sniff what they eat, so that's probably why they would be a lot less active

if they're less active, that's fine... but if they are lethargic and they are not even crying, that is something to worry...

less active when a little sick, is normal... lethargic is not normal, that's critical

so, depending on the age of these kittens... just make sure they don't go 12 hours without a meal

as long as they're eating normally, or well enough... they should be alright and it go away on their own

however, I would strongly recommend to take them to a vet anyway, for a general consultation and check up on them

pet insurance is way too expensive nowadays I just take them to the vet and pay for the visit. Not worth the money for that.

Sounds like cat flu. Very common amongst shelter kittens. A course of antibiotics and possibly some eye ointment will be needed.

I personally think pet insurance is a scam, put away some money into a specific bank account per week to keep for pet emergencies.

It's best to ask first what insurance, if any, your veterinarian accepts. If your vet won't accept it, it's basically worthless. For price comparisons you can start here:
