Hey this is going to be gross just a little warning anyways I been having issues with my menstruation cycle like my periods have stopped when I was at the age of 21 or over the point is I couldn’t figure out why assuming it may have been stress I went to my doctor about this even went to a Gynaecologist nothing they didn’t seem to see anything.
It got to that point that I had to push my doctors to do something about it so I went to my private doctor with that being said I got a scan done which showed I have PCOS but weirdly the lady doing my scan did not see anything. Anyways I been going through this for years now and it only got worst to a point that in March of this year when I finally hit my cycle it felt like the worst pain ever don’t get me wrong the female generation we do feel pain during our periods but it’s not pain like this. I felt like I was having contraction pains and it felt like I wanted to push a baby out of me even though I was never even pregnant.
Yes I had the ambulance come out to me and still nothing was sent to the hospital cause the pain just wouldn’t stop and I was constantly changing every 5 seconds but they did my urine test in March and said it’s all normal sent me home.
Anyways months went by and again I went back to no menstruals till this month well 2 weeks ago happened that pain came back and made a return this time I didn’t go to the hospitals I just had to ride that pain out crying and screaming and pushing like I was contracting etc. Went back to my doctor again who booked me in for an Internal scan but when I went there today the lady refused to give me an internal scan as they don’t do it for women who aren’t sexually active or married made no sense to me. So I went back out and had a normal scan ultrasound scan and nothing showed up we think it’s Endometriosis cause I was showing signs of it but it didn’t show up on the scan. Is that even possible to show signs of endometriosis and it not showing up on scans?

I am very sorry for your experience and I understand how frustrating and painful it can be to go through this. There are a number of conditions that could explain your symptoms, and I can give you a general idea, always remembering that you should see a healthcare professional for more specific support.
In the case of endometriosis, it is not uncommon to have symptoms even if they do not show up clearly on imaging tests such as ultrasound. In some cases, MRI may be more effective in detecting endometriosis, but even MRI may not always detect all endometriotic lesions. Sometimes endometriosis may require laparoscopic diagnosis, which is a minimally invasive surgical procedure and allows direct visualisation of the inside of the abdomen and pelvis.
The symptoms you describe could also be a consequence of polycystic ovary syndrome (PCOS), but if it is not visualised with certainty, it can be helpful to follow up with an endocrinologist, who can assess your hormone levels and other possible signs.
I encourage you to seek out a specialist who can listen carefully to your experience and consider additional testing or a second medical opinion. A detailed assessment can make all the difference in arriving at a more accurate diagnosis and finding a more effective pain treatment.
I study medicine.
Sometimes physical pains can be caused by being around narcissistic people like family members
And when you leave and go no contact you no longer have it as bad if at all.
I don’t think it’s that tbh
Ok maybe try hot showers
See a doctor. This is the worst site for this kind of advice.
Been to them already they are just as bad as this site tbh hahaha
I’m constantly chasing them to solve this and it’s been more than three years now
