Hey sorry guys this question is for the women out there as they are experienced. Firstly hey what’s up I need some advice so basically on Tuesday last week I started my period for the first time properly in years and I can tell you now that I never want to do this again. On Tuesday I was fine my cramps was normal but than it got worst progressively I started getting something called Contraction period pain that is when a girl is getting cramps as if she’s having contractions. I am not pregnant I know that very well and for 10000 percent sure as well. But I was screaming in pain and crying like it was an actual contraction would go as far as to say even breathing like someone who would go through contractions.

I ended up calling triple 1 and the ambulance who dispatched the peramedics to me they did a full vital check and everything was alright and good to go my BP was fine and so was my temperature etc. I did tell them I been diagnosed with PCOS and even one of them was shocked that I wasn’t given the pills.

I have been struggling to eat food I can only take 5 bites of food but I’m constantly drinking water my pain meds have also been upped I am no taking a high Dosage of 500mg Co codamol the dr has put me in 4 different meds which 3 are 500mg anyways I’m gonna book an appointment with my GP today but I’m worried about what will be said and even if I can get a same day appointment.

for the time being I managed to get my pains in control finally but I just don’t know what to eat I was thinking to try tomatoe soup or tuna pasta but I dunno!!! I need advice and help.
