Allergy shot problems

I've been getting allergy shots for almost two years now. I used to go just once every month but have had to start going every two weeks. After getting my shots, I feel out of it. I'm really sleepy, my vision gets really blurry and my body just feels so tired. My heart also starts beating really fast for the next couple of days. I'm thinking this is normal, but it's just aggravating to feel this way every time. I talked to the allergist, he says the shots should not be causing these problems. They suggested it was the allegra/antihistamine I take before my shot, but I know it isn't because I take two allegra a day and never feel like that. I know it's the shots. Does anyone else feel this way after getting the shots? Is this normal? Thanks!

Some people feel a little sick afer takking the shots when they are also taking antihistamnes at the same time. Tr doin gwithout the allegra for a while and see if thiese efffects stop. The shots are meant to be the only treatment you get for the allergies and they shots smetimes dot cobine well with over the counter remedies like allegra.
