It all depends on what you're trying not to do

And you basically have to find something to take whatever that is take that place of the thing that you're trying not to do

For me, it is a switch. I have a point in time where I'm more relaxed & can indulge more. For instance, last few months I haven't been too strict with my weight going up around 3lb. But this month, I give myself no choice but to obey the rules that lead to my goals. I don't see avoiding them as an option.

When I’m horny and feel the need to jack off, but if I have to be somewhere in a bit or have to go to sleep to get up early. I tell my self that. When I’m jacking off and I watch porn and time files and I can spend hours. When I don’t have the time it’s kind of annoying especially when you have to raise the white flag in the middle cuz u don’t have time or not in the mood.
