Well, that’s tough to answer. I don’t know you as a person, your workouts, body measurements and so on.

What I can say is that I train every year for triathlons. I’m very good too. I was a state runner up in two swim disciplines. I cycle faster than most of the male competitors I face.

It still doesn’t matter. Women factually have a higher body fat percentage than men, on average. Google is your friend.
