It depends on the person. I've seen 2 women who weigh the same yet one looks sexy and one looks disgusting and obese.

The difference is genes. One girls fat is deposited on hips thighs and ass, the other girl the fat is deposited on her stomach, fupa, and under her chin and on her face.

One is sexy af the other is hideously obese. Though both are technically obese.

For men I don't know. But some men can be fat and just look fat. But some men could have a bunch of muscle and strong masculine frame, and you add fat to him and he only looks bigger, stronger, and more masculine.

So it depends on the person I think.

Center for Disease Govt weight and height charts is a good beginning source as well nutritionist. For me, 15 lbs under those number at each age, height, and weight yield healthy. Google search images for fat people and all for charts.

Overweight mess with a small waist on women is attractive too especially when confident.

Fat men look like someone smacked them with the ugly and lazy stick.

Women, because many store a lot of the fat on the ass/thighs/hips/boobs, which make it look better.
