Its hard. But one thing is recognizing what you did and why you did it. Sometimes we make actions according to the options we have at the time. Sometimes there is no time to fully analyze the situation. Take that as experience and not beat yourself over it. Use that consequence as a learning tool and keep it in the back of your mind to help avoid future mistakes
