How do I forgive myself?

I've tolerated so much mental, emotional and physical abuse in my last relationship. The details are extremely RIDICULOUS. And I hate myself for still not being able to hate them. How do I "forgive" myself for allowing myself to go through so much?

I'm in the same boat. You can't just make yourself not love someone anymore. Perhaps you even see the misery in their own life that led to them treating you how they did, so you cannot hate them. You don't need to forgive yourself or them, just move on and don't look back, that's all you can do. You aren't the reason you were treated badly.
