How do you clean your feet?

I mean just taking a shower and not doing anything to your feet does not really clean them, plus your feet and behind-the-ears are the two areas people clean the least

when I take a shower, I clean every inch of my skin... behind the ears, feet, between fingers or toes... slowly and meticulously :D

It all depends on if your feet have any problems.

If they don't, then just scrub them and remember to get the dirt out that's in between your toes.

I spend more time in attempting to clean my feet and my ears than any other areas of my body, in an attempt to minimize the very painful effects of psoriatic and eczematic symptoms, with the irritation, callousing and fissuring of my feet and ears that has been present since my young adulthood.

To the youngsters out there who may first be experiencing these maladies, it doesn't get better, it only gets worse.
I'm sorry for you.

To continually keep after the symptoms by daily cleaning is my only advice.
Doctors have no viable remedies.

I clean behind my ears while washing my face after my bath.

I clean my feet daily while I bathe. If I feel they are not as smooth as I would like, I scrape off the dead skin.

Then after the bath, I apply body lotion on my hands, arms, legs and soles.

And all this takes me 10-15 minutes

I clean every inch of myself, in the shower. I simply lift my feet up, one at a time, to hand level, and thoroughly clean them by hand
