How to get up earlier?

Hey all. I put a lot of stress on myself for no reason. Worked through a lot of it in therapy and life is actually pretty darn good but I can’t seem to get to work on time. I do stay late to make up for it. Technically starts at 8:30 but most days I’m rolling in between 9 and 9:30 for months. No one’s said anything and it hasn’t affected my performance but can’t have it be a bigger issue. Ideas?
