Fasting. Go on a 24 hr fast 3 times a week. When you finish the fast, eat tons and tons of protein and veggies. Keep carb intake as low as possible.
Try this for 2 months and I will garuantee healthy blood test results and weight loss

No, not fasting. That generally doesn't work, because you'll end up spending a lot of time obsessing about food, because you'll be hungry all the time. The best way is to simply eat less when you do eat, and only food that isn't objectively bad for you, like McDonald's. Foods high in sugar need to be avoided as much as possible. Stay away from "energy" drinks, and replace them with water, or maybe even coffee, which is a good diuretic.
Fasting is most effective because it gives fast profound results. Truth is... you would need to ONLY eat veggies breakfast lunch and dinner to lose weight. You will become like a cow who only eats grass. This is something very hard for most people to maintain for the rest of their lives. Results are also super slow. What Iyou can accomplish in 1 week would take you 1 month to reach
Fasting is something you build up to. Over time you get used to the hunger pangs and it doesn't bother you as much anymore
You might find this hard to believe. But fasting causes a small appetite.
It depends on how disciplined you are in maintaining the fasting.
Fasting prevents cancer. Simply munching on veggies won't.
Problem with the vegetable diet is most people cannot eat like a cow eating grass for long. Eventually they will fall back onto pizza and steaks.
But if you are fasting, you will burn a lot of fat regardless if you're eating steaks or not
When you are fasting, you are also starving your cancer cells.
I’m fasting for every day, 18/6 a day. And don’t really eat tons of protein, just eat protein i need according to my weight.
The best way to lose weight is just never let yourself craving of something, take a bite if you really want to eat sweet. Coz if you are craving you will spend your time thinking about foods and make you eat more in the end.
thats not a method for everyone. Some people are volume eaters which means that a single bite of something wouldn't be enough to satisfy their cravings.
I don't agree that that's the most effective for everyone because our bodies do better with a steady flow of nutrients. Without a steady flow, we risk deficiencies, which will cause us to be more susceptible to harmful things.
Intermittent Starving has benefits. Lower blood sugar, burns body fat, starve cancer cells
Intermittent starving is different from permanent starving
you get cancer years before you find out you have cancer.
cancer grows slowly until it completely overtakes your body.
it runs on carbs and sugar and amino acids from meat.
when you don't eat, you starve your cancer cells so it keeps them from growing
The best way to avoid cancer for the average person is to avoid toxins, eat healthy anti-inflammatory foods like antioxidants, workout for autophagy, get good sleep, have low amounts of harmful fat like visceral, etc. But starving our bodies at early stages, it would likely make the situation worse since our immune system would take a huge hit. It's better if we get enough food & nutrients & simply try to have better eating & living habits.
avoiding toxins is much easier said than done. Everything is filled with toxins including paper cups, straws, pesticides in the plants we eat, chemicals our water, preservatives in sauces, chemicals in vast majority of snacks being sold in the US, PFAS in our cell phone covers / clothing/ pens. Even cell phone exposure and wifi can lead to cancer.
Getting good sleep is also much easier said than done. Especially when people need to work 2 jobs just to get by well nowadays due to high cost of living, having children, going to school while working full time.
But cancer ultimately runs on sugar and carbs. If you just fast, it will lower blood sugar, burn fat. Reducing the fuel the cancer needs to grow.
If the body is going through many more stresses like you say, then eating enough food & getting enough of all of the other things I've said are even more important. When our body is overwhelmed by bad, we need to up the good to match it. Not completely starve ourselves of vital nutrients & calories.
People in the US are getting enough food. why do you think so many of us are overweight? does it look like we aren't getting enough food? If people skipped meals, they wouldn't still be so overweight.
Truth is... our plants lacks nutrients and has too many calories and sugar. We eat too much meat and not enough vegetables.
Too many calories is different from getting too many nutrients. Our food lacks nutrients compared to food grown 100 years ago. Thats part of the reason why people overeat. It is to compensate for the lack of nutrients in our food
@sonorous
Toxins are almost impossible to avoid. Genes also play a huge role in whether or not you get cancer
But you're just too dumb and ignorant to realize this
@sonorous
Your way doesn't work. Because there is no way to completely avoid toxins. And doesn't matter how much antioxidants you take in if you're still eating carbs and absorbing toxins. You will wns up getting cancer anyway
My method is a proven way to starve cancer cells. Yours isn't
If you're truly smarter than I am, you wouldn't assume that I meant the human body is infallible & can never encounter anything that would threaten it 🤣 I said that we should try to avoid toxins. One example, if someone doesn't eat receipts, they won't get receipt toxins. Not eating receipts doesn't automatically mean that we believe we'll never encounter them while doing so... That was assumed by you for whatever reason... 💀💀
It's okay though. Some of our brains take longer to fully develop so I don't hold it against you.
@sonorous
You even sound dumb. Cuz i just read that entire thing and you didn't even make any sense.
This won't prevent cancer, but maintaining weight and reducing sugar intake may reduce the likelihood of becoming diabetic.
did you know cancer needs sugar and carbs to grow? you get cancer many years before you find out you have cancer.
cancer cells actually grow faster if you have high blood sugar. No, you do not need to be diagnosed with diabetes in order to have "high blood sugar". Pre diabetes is also high blood sugar- which way too many of us have and not become aware of it.
fasting will naturally lower your blood sugar levels drastically. Because body burns all glycogen (sugars) before it starts burning fat.

Medical advice from anons that would be akin to trusting Goebbels
doctors don't have your best interests in mind,
I don't trust them either Shipman was one ditto the aforementioned Goebbels
Are you a medical doctor?
doctors don't have your best interests in mind, hun. don't be naive. if nobody ever got sick, doctors will run out of business. they profit off your illnesses
I actually am a medical professional.
I will have my license regardless if you call it BS
At the end of the day, HUN, you’re just an anonymous stranger on the internet who, for all I know, is blowing smoke. I’ve had wonderful doctors throughout the years who have given me helpful advice. How dare you say doctors don’t have the best interest of their patients? Those people do not go to school for almost a decade to not care. Maybe YOU shouldn’t be so naive. At any rate, HUN, we’re done here. 😊
@jazzy34
sweetie, take this from someone who works in heath care. Doctors PROFIT off of your illness. They get paid a lot of money every time you go see them. They are trained to diagnose symptoms, not heal you from the root cause.
I can tell you aren't that bright.
What if I never eat veggies?
Drink 2 spoons of chia seed, soak ik with 200 ml warm water gor 20 minutes before you drink.
Too many typo, i hope u understand. Lol
@itsannalee Yeah, I got it.
Its gonna be hard for you to poop if you don't eat veggies. I wonder how you have gotten by for so long without it.
I've never had a problem, yet except back in `16 when my back was hurting too much and i COULDN'T shit for 4 or 5 days without hurting it even worse than it already was. But, that wasn't because I couldn't, it's because I didn't want to.
