I’m 31 years old female, I currently weigh at 200 pounds but I used to be 230 plus before. I’m 5”3 ft, my body shape is an apple shape if that helps, o negative blood type. Anyways I lost weight due to mopping a lot from work but also stress from work haha. For context I’m a new daycare teacher for 5 months so a lot of carrying & running after toddlers then cleaning (sweeping, mopping, throwing bi g bags of trash out daily), sometimes dancing w/them lol
Tho I also eat junk food sometimes after work or don’t eat much during lunch time.
Any other exercise or healthy meal tips to help me lose more weight.

Cut out the junk food, eat small healthy meals throughout the day, and get into an intense workout regimen.
And I mean intense.
You have to be hungry and your workouts have to suck ass. That's the only way you can convince your body that it needs to change. It's not easy and it's not fun.
If you're eating until you're full and working out comfortably, your body will see no reason to change and you'll stay the way you are
Sustainable good diet eating habits that you can do forever. Not starving yourself. For example replace junk food with fruits. You can eat a lot of fruits and it’ll be good for you. So replace what is bad for you with better choices and of course regular exercise. Standard Dieting doesn’t work because they’re simply unrealistic goals you impose on yourself.
