Should I just skip my birthday in order to lose weight or should I have one day to “treat” myself?
It's okay to treat yourself on occasion when you are dieting, as long as you don't go completely crazy. Depriving yourself on special occasions makes you crave food even more.
Besides, if you have been on a diet with limited food portions for a while, your stomach shrinks and you can't eat as much without feeling uncomfortably stuffed.
Don't skip it. Just account for the caloric increase by balancing it out to a healthier average the rest of the week.

You can definitely have cheat meals if you are staying consistent on eating healthy and exercise otherwise.
maybe do treat yourself but does it have to be the worst food possible? Whats wrong with 1-3 slices of cake? drink some coco drink some brewskis
Like Kahn’s a sandwich and a shake? Because if I’m going to eat out with my mom that’s all I eat. But then I might have throw it back up
