I pushed to 7 miles today!
I've always been a sprinter, not a distance runner. At my age now, I'll start huffing and puffing after running 50 yards/meters.
Do you run regularly?
@PsychicBoobs No. I don't run. I do walk a few times a day, with my dog, typically a mile or 2 (2-4 km) per walk. I used to wear a Fitbit, which kept track of my steps, and I usually average 2-3 miles (3-5 km) a day just walking around.
Good. You feel better when active.
Way to go. 5 mile jogs are a norm for me so I try not to get out of breath.
I wouldn't have made it if I hadn't pushed. It was personal. haha
Good for you. Nothing like that feeling at the end of a great run.
Sounds like you were motivated! Ya pushing through a barrier can really feel rewarding. and I bet now that you have done it you want to do 8 miles ;)
Yes!! Haha
by the way those endorphins that kick in after a run, they feel Really good!!
I agree. Worth all of that effort.
Good to agree. Did you run again this weekend?

Its probably getting less and less as I'm aging - I used to enjoy running around the playgrounds as a young child - nowadays as an adult, it's not easy to run around just for fun or a jog and all the car horns and stare bears 👀👀👀 "bro I'm just jogging here"
7 miles? Impressive.
I could go half an hour before running outta breath 🫢😂
Thank you. How far in half an hour? lol
Far enough to climax ๐คฃ
Don't give yourself a heart attack there ๐
Heart attack? No! Cum attack for sure ๐ ๐คฃ
I could run for the rest of my life before I run out of breath. Not because I'm in shape. But because my will & ego simply would not allow me to stop running until I died.
Congrats!! I can only do 5 miles myself
Thanks. I was stuck at five for a while.
10 miles
