The lower back is bad and our knees on us men and hair loss on top of our head but we have armpit hair we don’t need and women shave off, evolution should have got rid of most hair on the body and the appendix

Evolution has good news for you there! Appendixes are getting smaller, we are becoming more hairless. The best news is that our butts are getting bigger which has been theorized to be more padding since we sit more or (and I hope this is the right one) The gluteus muscles are growing stronger to better anchor our weak fragile backs.
