My kittens has feline Panlekopenia?

I had 4 cats one mother and 3 kittens. mother and one kitten died with this diseases within one day of showing symptoms. we couldn't find it out as blood tests aren't available in my city. Now i only have 2 kittens left their treatment is going on. On daily basis they are having 100 ml saline IV. . The injections that are used are (risek 40mg, oxidil 250 mg, onset 4mg, neurobion) . Its been two days of the treatment doctor says it will be a 3 days treatment. I have put them in blanket in warm room. Can anyone please tell me some tips or medicine they think can work like miracle. I already lost 2 i can't afford losing them too. I m devastated.
Information: they weren't vaccinated. I was going to get them vaccinated but they got thia disease and are expiring real fast.

Oh, honey, they have parvo... that's not good. You may lose these last two kittens. DO NOT get any more for a while until your home is really cleaned. Parvo virus is contagious among cats and kittens are particularly susceptible. So, once your crisis is over one way or the other, clean and disinfect as best you can to kill off the parvo virus.

The saline solution should help. I was going to recommend buying an electrolyte drink like "Pedialyte" that we have in the United States. But, at this point, it may not help much and you are giving saline anyway to help prevent dehydration from diarrhea.

Consider doing this:

If you can, get some clean blankets in the house and rewash them on a sanitize cycle, Then, once they are dried, use those to wrap the kittens. Take the blankets they were using and wash them too on a sanitize cycle. Whatever things they touch, we want them to be as sterile as possible. What they have is sort of like AIDS; their white blood count ("WBC") is low which means it is very difficult for them to fight any diseases - even minor things like a cold. So, you want to keep their environment and anything that they come in contact with as sterile and clean as possible. So, for example, suppose you are trying to spoon-feed them. Take the spoon, wipe it down well with alcohol, rinse it, then use it.

If they pass, remember this less about the kittens... they have a weaker immune system to begin with which is why kittens are more susceptible to parvo or anything else. But here's the lesson: SO ARE NEWBORN BABIES... HUMAN BABIES... So, when you become a mother, you want things to be as clean as possible and minimize your newborn's interactions with others who might pass along something your newborn's immune system can't handle yet.

Thanks for your kind words mam. God bless you. Their two days of treatment is passed. Tomorrow is third day i m praying my hardest that they get fine. They didn't show as severe symptoms as precious ones did. One of them didn't vomit yet and is quite active i have isolated it from the other one. The other one started vomited since this morning and vomited 7 times since then but its been few hours he isn't vomiting and just sleeping doctor said its due to IV. I m hoping till tomorrow they will be fine. The one who isn't showing any symptoms anymore was sneezing i gave her steam just now. The one who is sleeping and have symptoms is not as bad as previous ones were he is just lazy doesn't look extremely weak and dehydrated as he had been on IV. And yes i m planning to clean the house thrice in a week with fenile and bleach so the virus is dead right now i m saving them from the places previous ones were on and vomited. I hope so they get well till tomorrow. I haven't slept since 5 days or took a bath because i have been taking care of them and supervising them. I feel so devastated right now. My whole routine is messed up i loved my cat too much. I feel so bad she died without even a treatment. I was out of city so couldn't check on them. My father was here he knew nothing about cats he just gave food to them didn't notice symptoms. I was out for 3 days. I regret so much for not being there for her.

Mm i hope both of them survive as one of them has same coat color as my cat and one have same eyes as my cat. I loved my cat too much if they survive that will help me to lessen my pain.

@Brittanyroseee __I__ do not work in a vet's office, but, right now, we own 6 dogs and a cat. We used to have 8 dogs, 2 cats, and 2 horses, so I am at the vet a lot. (Gotta go this weekend too.) My wife and I take very good care of our animals and I am a STEM professional and something of a polymath so medical and legal professionals like me as a client because I am rather conversant than the normal client in their fields.

However, I am almost 62... a lot of life experience includes a lot of hard-learned lessons including medical and veterinary crises...
