VET HELP- Week old kitten is lethargic compared to the rest of the litter. Eyes remained closed while others have opened. Should I be worried?

It might have been squished in the mothers stomach more than the other kittens, I watch a lot of animal healing videos on dodo and I think the problem will correct itself with proper or supplemental nutrition and affection from the family host or from other animals, animals recover better when they feel loved. But it might have a medical condition too, maybe take it to a vet because some conditions are contagious and could spread if not dealt with.

Not for the past hour or so. I think the kitten may have over eaten? Tummy is full and seems to be spitting up clear fluid from its mouth?
