My mom's been struggling with constipation for years having thin stool with muccus and blood twice , also not feeling empty after entering the bathroom is it dangerous?

We already answered this and we were very clear. There is NO reason for you to be asking this again in a group of amateurs. The symptoms are so severe she has to get it checked by a doctor immediately. People with IBS do not have mucus and blood in their stool. Even if it's not cancer it is something serious that requires immediate care. If you are seeking attention for yourself by repeatedly asking this, that has no place here either. If this story is true then get your mother to a doctor today.

I know this stuff is hard to deal with, but you really should talk to a doctor. It sounds more like IBS to me, or another non cancerous problem, but no matter what it is, she should get it checked out if it's been going on for this long.

We are not physicians and Nature doesn't do things based on user polls. Nature does what it wants to do and there's not you can do about that. So, what you and your mother need is to get your collective fat asses off the couch and see a physician ASAP.

Does your mum have a history of stomach problems? Outside of this constipation for the last few years?
What has she tried to relieve the constipation?
Is she on other medication?
Has she ever got any tests or investigations?

Yes she's been struggling with constipation for years she takes laxatives , she did 4 years ago and found pimples in the rectum , the doctor advised her to do a colonscopy but she can't since she cannot tolerate anesthesia and diabetic.

Constipation that long would suggest not cancer because she'd probably be dead by now if it were.
What laxatives is she taking? Is she on any pain medication or stomach medication?

She could also do a FIT test, which takes a sample and analyse it for signs of colorectal cancers

She just wants to eat fibrous foods and avoid high sugar and fat.
Oats in the morning with fruit,
Dinner have your meat, carbs and veg such as chicken potatoes and carrots broccoli

Best way to tell is to and get herself checked because both does the same symptoms but these symptoms are more into cancer...
Only a doctor can tell after doing a couple of test!
