Are these symptoms of stomach cancer?

Hello everyone. Yes, I know that if I have stomach cancer, I must seek medical professional attention, but I thought, why not ask online because, who knows, someone may have experienced this, or I may come across a doctor lol.

I think it would be far enough to start off with how my stomach has always been an issue all my life. I remember being young and complaining to my mother about my stomach and how I could not poop. Constipation and hemorrhoids were something I battled with ever since I was a kid. The issue continued until now. Since last year, I've always had trouble with poop. I was constipated for days and wouldn't get a pass if I didn't dig it out myself (sorry, TMI, I know) or take a laxative. Still, to this day, I have to take a laxative to poop on some occasions. On other occasions, I have diarrhea. I would admit, however, that fiber is not a part of my diet, and I used to hold my poop in for days because I didn't like pooping. Not to mention my stomach always hurts, and I always feel crampy. However, I started having the symptoms recently, according to Google. However, the most notable was when I had blood in my stool for two days. Sure it could've been the hot Cheetos that I ate, and it could've been an anal fissure or hemorrhoids. I wasn't sure, and I stopped eating red foods or hot Cheetos, and I haven't seen red since. Earlier today, I pooped, and my poop came out black. I looked it up, and it's a symptom of my gi tract bleeding or cancer. So is it a possibility I could have colon cancer or stomach cancer?

I think you need to see a gastrointestinal doctor because you are not medically knowledgeable enough to weigh out the symptoms to a conclusion. I self-diagnose too but I am extremely medical savvy. I am usually 95% correct in my diagnoses. You kind of remind me of Vada in the movie My Girl. She was always coming up with ailments she could have but did not. You mentioned that you poop looked black. If you take OTC means like Pepto it WILL turn your poop black. You have to include some form of fiber in your diet. It is never a good idea to dig out your own poop. You can cause a lot of damage by doing so. I recommend that your parents schedule you an appointment to see a gastro doctor. I do not think you have stomach cancer. I know someone who has had it and is in remission. This person was 55 and was a heavy smoker and drinker.

Bloody stool means blood that is physically inside the poop. However, with your history of constipation and hemorrhoids, you likely have torn the anus from pushing. These tears turn into fissures and then develop into fistulas. Fistulas are pockets of pus with an infection that tunnel in and around the anus. It creates tracts and it is extremely painful and smelly. Fistulas almost always have to be cut out by a colon and rectal surgeon. Also, fistulas are common in people with Crohn's disease. Also trying to pass poop with all that pushing causes the anus to bleed thus coating the turd in a little bright red blood. Another thing is that bright-colored blood means it's coming from capillaries and dark red blood is coming from a more serious artery.

Stomach cancer comes on very quickly and wipes you out. It wouldn't give you problems over many years, or be connected to what food you eat.

See a GI doctor. They have many tests they can do to rule out the worst.

Well, for years I've had many bouts of Lower Bowel Obstruction and you have to have a GI tube put down your nose into your stomach and Bile comes up through the GI tube to open you up and trust me this is horrible. But you should be tested and see a GI doctor for all of these symptoms. Your symptoms sound more like Chronic constipation.
