Hi so I am 17 and recently I have been having weird symptoms. I've been having chest pains, nausea, and body aches (back, side, legs, feet (top and Bottom), neck, jaw, cheeks -everywhere!) also I have been having headaches. I called a doctor and told him my symptoms and I told him that my pressure is perfect. I called because I thought it was a heart attack. He said that it was a panic attack. I have had panic attacks with this every night because I think that it's a heart attack before going to sleep. More recently I've been having a burning sensation that last for a few second on the top of my left foot below the toes. I also have been having extreme body pain which becomes unbearable. I wake up with extreme body pain. To describe the aches, it's like flu aches. Im scared. What is this?

Based on the symptoms you've described, it's possible that you may be experiencing anxiety and panic attacks, which can cause physical symptoms such as chest pains, nausea, headaches, and body aches. Panic attacks can be very distressing and can feel like a heart attack or other serious medical condition, but they are not typically life-threatening.
However, it's important to also rule out any underlying medical conditions that could be causing your symptoms. It's a good idea to follow up with your doctor to discuss your symptoms and to undergo any necessary tests or evaluations.
The burning sensation on the top of your left foot could be related to nerve pain or a separate condition such as neuropathy. Again, it's important to discuss this symptom with your doctor for a proper evaluation.
In the meantime, there are some things you can do to manage anxiety and panic attacks, such as practicing relaxation techniques, engaging in regular exercise, getting enough sleep, and seeking support from a therapist or counselor. It's important to prioritize self-care and to seek medical attention if you continue to experience symptoms or have concerns about your health.00 Reply

One guidance I've heard on chest pain - if you can point to the location of the pain, its very unlikely to be a heart attack.
The aches are weird though. How long has this been going on? Any fever?
People really can't diagnose on the web though.

No fever, for about 2 days I'd say

Sorry, no idea. Doctors have a really hard time diagnosing things when they can't measure anything.
Some of it sounds like lyme disease, but I think that often comes with a fever - but maybe not always. Have you been anywhere where you could have been bitten by a tick? Have you had a bad bug bite in the last moth or two?

Did you take the COVID-19 shot (s) ?
And you most likely have GERD / Acid Reflux from dairy or wheat (gluten).
Drink apple cider vinegar mixed in water and eat an apple a few hours before bed.

I know a lot of folks who started having weird symptoms after they took the jabby jab.
Go on the VAERS website and you might find similar symptoms as yours after the shot. You should also report any weird symptoms after the shots as well, so people know that it's possible they have these issues. - Asker1 y
Yes I also heard too. Made me regret getting it, however my family and I where hit with COVID a few months after we all got it. I also didn't take any booster shots, do you think it's still lingering in my body?

Ya the mRNA doesn't seem to leave the body very easily. There are some things you can try to get it out, like Zeolites

Nobody online can diagnose you. I would get into a doctor asap. It's probably just anxiety, but you should get checked out to be sure.
