Covid has always been here, the Covid-19 virus was the one in question, and even that is changing, with the variants.

Basic thing you need to know about any virus…. they’re always changing. Otherwise we’d get one cold when we’re children and be immune for life, haha. But they keep mutating and we keep getting colds. That’s the survival mechanism of the virus.

Another famous virus…HIV. You’re too young to remember, but when I was a kid, if someone got HIV, it was a death sentence, only a matter of time. Like if you told me back then that Magic Johnson would be alive today, I’d have bet everything I had against it. You just didn’t survive that shit.

But now…Magic might outlive all of us, lmfao. And Charlie Sheen, he has HIV, for many years now, but I haven’t heard of him being on death’s door. And the reason is that when HIV first showed up in the 80s, it was a stronger virus. Now, I don’t think the virus is that strong anymore, so we aren’t seeing the wave of death we did 30 years ago. I hardly ever hear about it as a potential STD hazard anymore. But up through my teenage years, that was the whammy you had to avoid. I think there was much higher transmission rates with gay men, just based on the nature of anal intercourse, but even us straight guys were out here worried that some chick might have the virus. Now it’s barely mentioned, because the mutation has rendered it less harmful, plus obvious treatment advances.

But to be fair, one of my buddies has Covid right now, second time, and he’s having a rough go of it. So I don’t think it’s at the level of “just a cold” yet. If your concerns are just about a global pandemic and the response, that could absolutely happen, but the odds are that it would be a totally different virus altogether. That feels like “once a century” type shit though, so I’m not overly concerned for our living generations, barring anything man-made for biowarfare purposes.

Yes, covid is a derivative of SARS, and because SARS morphs so quickly that is why there isn't a vaccine for it.
By the time they develop one it has already morphed into something else.
That is why there were/are so many booster shots for covid. Nothing worked.
So yes, the flu will continue to be around, and sadly those with heath issues will quite possibly die.
It happens.
But I feel that most people will never accept another line of crap/scare tactics from the government like they did about covid.
That was their one and done.

It NEVER left , it was never going to..

What was completely wrong was the massive overreaction to try and save the weak , this is the sht that must NEVER happen again , its called self responsibility.

CV 19 was never going to just go , and if you were never told it existed , we would not have hyper inflation and destruction that has occurred since. We are now up to about CV 23 and what's happened? Nothing , absolutely Nothing , people die from all sorts of things , thats life.

Almost died of it in 2020 and again in July, although the issue in July was that Covid can present as a blockage in any vein in the body.

Mine was in my thigh and up into my core. Full occlusion of the vein behind the aorta is always fatal. Thankfully I was only slightly blocked.

I'm still on treatment for it after 6 months and expect to be for life.

In a different variant, it can happen but most of the population is already immune to it, so it will not cause as serious damage as it did before.

It depends on what they want us to believe through the media but our immunity has definitely been artificially compromised so now the smallest of things can hit you hard.
