Should free defibrillators, EpiPens, and Narcan be kept in every large building for public use?

Defibrillators can help with some heart problems. Epipens can help with acute allergic reactions, and Narcan can reverse drug overdoses.

Defibrillators yes, absolutely and in Europe its already a more or less wideapread thing.

EpiPena and Narcan, maybe... i don't know if you can simply use them without medical knowledge or if different people need different types of these in different dosage and if you need to cool them and check if they expire or not

Epipens and Narcan are designed such that just about anyone can use them safely. The doses are quite low but still effective.

General public shouldn’t handle those.

The Defib units and the Narcan are designed for laypeople to handle them safely. An epi-pen with a fairly small dose is usually ok - not always.

Of course, you can - except there is not enough epinephrine in the pen to do that, and the defib units also first monitor heart activity before they emit a shock.
