When you look at demographic similarities among East Asians, is it a sign the East Asian diet is better for the body than the American diet?

Trademarks of the Asian diet, are a wider variety of vegetables, a wider variety of animal body parts in their diet such as the duck neck or the pig ear or the bird toes, as well as a wider variety of fermented food additives and a broader base of teas to choose from. I've met people who eat food that is not healthy, but they eat more vegetable and meat types than others and they seem to be fairly fit, but they also do intermittent fasting after large holiday meals, and they run to lose weight too. I have never met a Chinese person with an allergy because Chinese people have a very diverse diet and their gut bacteria is trained to accept a wide variety of foods from birth.
