On average, are East Asian women (Korean, Japanese, Chinese) more obsessed with being very skinny compared to women of other races and nationalities?

I mean, it's okay to be regular skinny, but many Korean women, Japanese women, Chinese women I met are often so skinny and underweight that they literally look like SKELETONS! As far as I know, 45kg is ideal weight for many Korean women, Japanese women, Chinese women regardless of height. I suspect it's because many Korean women, Japanese women, Chinese women have intense desire to be rail thin. I think it's partially due to the fact that South Korea Japan China are highly developed countries compared to many other Asian countries. This will probably affect to daily lifestyle, references, way of thinking and even way of living. Fashion brands there have also been growing that it shifts how people dress, how people style themselves, and how people will prefer what kind of look they want to have, and perhaps one of them is being very skinny.

Anyways, its true many East Asian women want want that unattainable model body without realizing models are essentially alien beings compared to us regulars. So they resort to poor dieting practices and still believe working out makes women bulky. They care about how their face looks while neglecting other parts of their body.
