I see some eat like horses, eat noodles and rice (carbs) and such.. yet skinny.
Even skinny in USA.
Is it that they don't eat much bread?

I have thought about this myself, although I refuse to say "Asian women" but rather the people of/from Asia.
I went to several Asian bistros. I noticed the food they cook and serve are taste bombs without the bad stuff like sugar, fat and oversalting. Sugar, fat and salt are the 3 main ingredients the food industry (most prominently in the USA) is poisoning us by overdosing "edibles" with it.
The only exception I have encountered is the so called boba tea (or bubble tea), which literally contains even more sugar than a regular coca cola does per 100 ml or 3.5 oz.
Can you imagine an Asian bistro serving burgers and fries, that too are taste bombs without overdosing them with flavor enhancers, sugars, salts and fats? I never saw one.
yes, their diet is much better, that is true. It seems possible to eat a lot and still be trim.
I agree USA pollutes the world with it's "food". We generally dont' eat it... no fast food.
Japanese food is fairly healthy. I think it was in Jason Fung's book The Obesity Code he talks about vinegar talking away a lot of the effects carbs have in Asian diets. Lots of vinegar used in Asian recipes. I lost weight when I switched from potatoes to rice as a side dish so I'm not sure rice is all that bad
When I'm traveling in Asian countries I eat way more than I do at home and I usually lose 3-5 lbs per trip. Their food is way different
It's really just up to their diet. Asians in Asia, while they do eat a lot of rice, they also do a lot of physical activity and mostly eat vegetables rather than meet and carbs. Then there are the ones that move to America. Asians are extremely superficial by culture, but once they get here they will either go nuts for food or continue to let their superficiality override their desire to eat. Most Filipinos blow up when they get to America, since they are usually married to American men (less superficial than Asian men) they don't make much of an effort to stay small. Other kinds of Asians usually marry within their own race, so they mostly stick to staying skinny and tend to work way more anyway.
Because the way healthy and exercise

They drink tea or water instead of sugared garbage. They eat rice based meals instead of meat garbage. They walk and use bikes instead of driving everywhere.
That's USA though. They are notorious for selling such "edibles" as "food products" and overload them with sugar, salt and fat.
There have been multiple times, where I ate the type of meats and sausages, that made me question what kind of junk have I eaten before, that's being sold as meat products. It'll never taste the same again. I find myself questioning where to find actual meat, even here in Germany (except for fillets and steaks and gulasch).
Yes, the OP was asking from an American perspective. In Germany I hardly have a problem getting good meat, but I am only buying "bio" anyway.
